DONATION REQUESTS
Donation Request Guidelines
Donation requests must be submitted on the organization's letterhead and include the 501(c)3 tax identification number.
Include the fundraiser event date, location, description, expected number of attendees.
Specify fundraiser type (silent auction, live auction, raffle, prizes, etc) and any donation preferences.
Organizations must provide a mailing address, along with a contact name, phone number and email.

We receive a tremendous number of requests each month and in few cases are unable to contribute to some events and causes. If your donation request is approved, we will contact you using the information you provided. Please do not solicit by phone or in-person.
